I need my 10 week old breastfed son back, help!

The biological father of my newborn son has ran away with him and fled from TX to the state of MD on Friday June 29th.  I've been told that there is not anything that I can do about this because there was never a custody order established.  Everyone I have spoken to, have also stated that I needed to get an emergency custody order, unfortunately it seems the only way for me to get "emergency" anything is to have an attorney.  I am trying to raise enough money to get an attorney so I can get my son back ASAP.  I am selling all of my things (purses (name brand), shoes (dress and tennis), PS2 w/games, Nintendo DS w/games, Gamecube w/mario cart, computer desk w/chair or seperate, maternity clothes, coats, laptop w/windows vista and windows 2007, etc) as well to help raise the money ... If you would like a complete list of what I am selling and prices please let me know and I will send it to you.

I truly truly need help ... I lost a son by the hands of his father back in 2002.  He was five months old and he was murdered.  I feel like I am reliving this nightmare all over again.  GOD finally blessed with another child and not even three months later he has been stripped from my arms by a man who did not want him in the first place.

PRAYERS ARE NEEDED, AN ATTORNEY IS NEEDED ... HELP IS NEEDED!!!

PLEASE .... the laws in TX completely baffle me and I am so so lost.

If the father was not married to you - then it is kidnapping PERIOD. The only time a father has equal rights is if you are married. You need to contact the police in MD as well as child protective services. You can find the info for them online. Do you know where he went? Do you have an address? If so - go to MD asap and call the local police and have them escort you out to the hoe to get your son. I used to work for the prosecuting attorney for DFACS in Georgia - and most child state laws are the same - so go get your son!!! YOu can email me at Akarim003@houston.rr.com if you need further help. I'll do all I can:)
